诸生坎坷恨轮迴, 酒色沉迷实不该。君子安贫坚抱志; 奸人谄媚力争财。
穷通有定空悲喜; 夭寿无常勿傲哀。止恶修身甘向善, 明心见性近如来。
Cause And Effect【By Charles Wu】
Unlucky people ask for a good transmigration .
They should not indulge in sex and intoxication.
Noble gentlemen stand firm even in poverty ;
Crafty persons flatter the rich for money.
Since failure or success is God’s arrangement ,
sorrow and joy make no amendment.
Longevity or to die young is fickle ;
we should not be proud or sorrowful .
If we cease evil act and cultivate our character ,
we are approaching the righteous sector.
If we behave with our conscience ,
we can be a buddha in an instant.
